According to condo rules we must provide information about our guests to condo management prior to arrival, i.e. every guests names and their ID details. Guests whose names or ID doesn’t match the information given to the concierge ARE NOT allowed into the building.

Persons under the age of 16 are not allowed in the fitness center.Other things to noteAccording to the condo rules we must provide information about our guests to the condo management prior to their arrival, i.e. every guests` names and their ID details, vehicle and license plate numbers (in case you require a parking spot). We kindly ask you to send us your selfie with your ID in your hands as an anti-fraud measure.The minimum age for booking is 25 years. For reservations with 7 nights or more it is possible to check-in from the age of 18, but with an increased deposit 500 CAD.Guests whose names or ID do not match the information given ARE NOT allowed into the building. These are mandatory requirements, if you do not agree to provide this information, we can`t guarantee a refund.- Pets middle and small size are allowed in the apartment. You should carry out your pet in common areas. If you plan stay with pets, please, confirm the opportunity prior to booking.
