Description
Feel like home in this quiet community. Townhouse 1 min walking to the beautiful Public Beach. Close to all all major stores and restaurants, Walmart, Home Depot, A&W, Starbucks, McDonald's, Pizza) all within 10 minutes drive.
This comfortable suite has everything you need to make you feel right at home.
Fully functional kitchen with supplies (Tea, coffee, kettle, coffeemaker, toaster). Washer and Dryer with supplies. 2.5 Bathrooms with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer and other toiletries that you may have forgotten at home.

-43" HD TV in the living room. High speed WiFi Internet
-Fully functional kitchen with cookware, utensils and small appliances

We have several townhouses, each designed to give you a beautiful place to stay. While the layout is consistent design may vary by Townhouse.
According to the rules we must have the information about our guests prior to the arrival, i.e. every guests names and their ID details. We kindly ask you to send us your selfie with your ID in your hands as an antifraud measure. Please note that you need to be 25 or over in order to check in. For reservations with 7 nights or more it is possible to check-in from the age of 18.
Guests whose names or ID do not match the information provided ARE NOT allowed into the building. The refund won't be provided.
- Pets are NOT allowed in the apartment.
- We have Travel Crib (0-18 month) and Bed Rails. 10$ per one item per night. Book, please, in advance.

All guests are required to leave a refundable deposit of $500.
If at any case smoking inside occurs, there is damage to the unit or other house rules are violated, this deposit will not be refunded.
