Your family and you will be happy to stay in this apartment! Walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, school, green parks! In close proximity to Lake Ontario. Updated basement make the space more comfortable and spacious. Very quiet and safe accommodation with its own parking spot and private entrance. Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, laundry, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating.
Other things to note
We kindly ask you to send us your selfie with your ID in your hands as an anti-fraud measure. Please note that you need to be 25 or over in order to check in. For reservations with 7 nights or more it is possible to check-in from the age of 18, but with an increased deposit 500 CAD. Guests whose names or ID do not match the information given ARE NOT allowed into the building. These are mandatory requirements, if you do not agree to provide this information, we can't guarantee a refund. - Pets are NOT allowed in the apartment. ***Deposit*** All guests are required to leave a refundable deposit of $200. If at any case smoking inside occurs, there is damage to the unit or other house rules are violated, this deposit will not be refunded.
