Description
This comfortable suite has everything you need to make you feel right at home. Bathroom with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer. Kitchen with cookware. Tea, coffee, kettle, coffeemaker, toaster and so on. Iron and ironing board.
All amenities are temporary closed due to COVID. Sorry for the inconvenience.

According to condo rules we must provide information about our guests to condo management prior to arrival, i.e. every guests names and their ID details, vehicle and license plate numbers (in case you require a parking spot). Guests whose names or ID doesn’t match the information given to the concierge ARE NOT allowed into the building.
- Parking is NOT included in the price but may be available at $20/night, please inform if you need parking ahead of time.
- Pets allowed in the apartment. If you plan stay with pets, please, confirm the opportunity prior to booking. Pets fee $20 per night for 1 pet.
- We have Travel Crib (for baby 0-18 month) and Bed Rails. 10$ per one item per night. Book, please, in advance.
***Deposit***
If you qualify as an instant book guest you are not required to leave a deposit.
All other guests are required to leave a refundable deposit of $200.
If at any case smoking inside occurs, there is damage to the unit or other house rules are violated, this deposit will not be refunded.
The unit entrance is equipped with a smart lock which makes the check-in check-out process super easy. Whether your are running late or you need to leave early in the morning, there's no need to wait to get or return the keys. I can lock or unlock the suite door remotely using the smart lock.
