Description
Feel like home in this quiet community. Townhouse on the water with partial lake view. Close to all all major stores and restaurants, Walmart, Home Depot, A&W, Starbucks, McDonald's, Pizza) all within 10 minutes drive.
This comfortable suite has everything you need to make you feel right at home.
Fully functional kitchen with supplies (Tea, coffee, kettle, coffeemaker, toaster). Washer and Dryer with supplies. 3 Bathrooms with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer and other toiletries that you may have forgotten at home.

We have several townhouses, each designed to give you a beautiful place to stay. While the layout is consistent design may vary by Townhouse.
Guests have the access to the private backyard with BBQ and the Gym in the basement.
According to our rules we need to have the information about our guests prior to arrival, i.e. every guests names and their ID details. We kindly ask you to send us your selfie with your ID in your hands as an antifraud measure.
Please note that you need to be 25 or over in order to check in. For reservations with 7 nights or more it is possible to check-in from the age of 18.
Guests whose names or ID do not match the information given to the concierge ARE NOT allowed into the building. The refund won't be provided.
- Pets are allowed in the apartment. If you plan to stay with pets, please confirm with us prior to booking. Pet fee is $20 per night per pet.
- We have Travel Crib (0-18 month) and Bed Rails. 10$ per one item per night. Book, please, in advance.

All guests are required to leave a refundable deposit of $500.
If at any case smoking inside occurs, there is damage to the unit or other house rules are violated, this deposit will not be refunded.

The townhome is a part of a newly built complex in Stoney Creek, the area known for its conservation areas and wineries. The townhouse has two balconies to enjoy the sunlight and everything you need to feel at home, including free toiletries and a fully stocked kitchen with starter amounts of oil and spices.There is a Yacht Club located just 2 minutes from the property and a waterpark close by.
