Luxurious 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms London townhouse in West London with private parking. Nestled within a quiet private gated development, this contemporary three storey house offers spacious accommodation in a peaceful location.

The ground floor comprises two spacious double bedrooms, a modern family bathroom and a guest cloakroom.
On the first floor you will find an impressive open plan living and dining area with a large modern dining table. Natural light flows in through a series of floor to ceiling windows.
The high end fitted kitchen with its generous island has all mod cons built in, ready to accommodate all cooking abilities. The second floor is home to the master bedroom, an inviting king size bed, wall to wall wardrobes and en-suite shower room, along with a tranquil and private terrace area for relaxing and making the most of the warmer months.

This property also benefits from a private off-street and secure parking bay for one car.

The property is located in a quiet street with good transport links and easy access to the local shops. Kilburn Lane and Salusbury Road offer a wide range of cafes, restaurants and shops. For a more extensive choice of entertainment Notting Hill, Queens Park, and Maida Vale are all within easy reach.
