Valeria 20 Oct, 2023The property was beautiful and unique, but our host was extremely unprofessional. I booked my stay through plumguide, she never once replied to anything I asked on said there. When I finally got hold of her contact which I had to go through extreme lengths to find, she was still unresponsive at time ignoring messages completely. Not to mention rude, she hung up on me mid phone call once. Additionally on plumguide there is no information about needing a deposit, and I wasn’t told there was a deposit until 2 days before. I find this extremely unprofessional, it felt like it was purposely left at the end so I couldn’t dispute it with plumguide which say they do not require deposits. Lastly though the place is beautiful it did come with its problems. The locks where extremely difficult to figure out, we took 10 minutes everyday to finally get the doors to lock. The kitchen is definitely not fully equipped, there wasn’t a single pan only 2 massive pasta pots, nor basics like salt and pepper. There’s also a lot of noise from the doors at night since they are so old, enough to keep you awake at night. I would definitely not recommend staying here and I will never be returning to this propertyread more
