Luxury villa with a high standard design and construction quality, located in Falassarna with a magical view of the Cretan sea and mountains. The well-known baby beach Falassarna with crystal blue waters is only 800 meters away! Whenever you may choose to sit and relax, you will enjoy the gorgeous sunset.Indoors facilities
It is a two-storey villa 140 sqm in a plot of 1200sqm, consists of three bedrooms, two of them are located on the first floor with twin beds (0.80*2.00)the first one, and a double bed(1.60*200) with sea view the other one. The bathrooms on the first floor are ensuite with showers. On the ground floor there Is another bedroom with a double bed (1.80*200) with a WC with shower suitable for all the guests. Luxury and modern design completes the scenery of contemporary architecture and high quality of products. On the ground floor there is a spacious open area with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a living room with modern furnishings and a big flat-screen smart TV with satellite channels and an energy fireplace. The large doors which open onto the veranda and pool area, providing a seamless transition between the indoor and outdoor areas.
Outdoor facilities
The most dominant feature of the exterior area is a large swimming pool of 30sqm and 1.40m depth, a secure session for kids to swim, a lounge area with sofas making the ideal spot to relax gazing at the gorgeous sunset. Pretty close to this area exists an outdoor dining table under a pergola next to the charcoal barbecue with sink, cupboards and preparation area. Next to this area there are comfortable sun beds with umbrellas for luxurious poolside relaxation. Don’t forget that a secure parking area is provided out of the villa. Spacious verandas and balconies are the best place to spend your time outside enjoying the Seaview and fresh air.
*Heated Pool Policy
The swimming pool can be heated from March till the end of May and from 15th September till the end of November, upon request free of charge by a Pool Heat Pump at about 26 - 27°C depending on weather conditions. We request three days' advance notice for this facility.
From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 15€ per night/villa from April to October and 4€ per night/villa from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash upon arrival.
The villa is situated at a very idyllic point and nothing can interrupt the magical views of the Cretan
sea and mountains. As the villa is located on a hill, the last 600m to reach the complex is an
off-road road. We recommend using an SUV car to reach the complex easily.
About the Rooms
Brand new villa that is newly built with three bedrooms divided into two floors. One of the bedrooms is located on the ground floor with a king bed(1.80*2.00), a communal bathroom with shower, while the other two bedrooms with the ensuite bathrooms are located on the first floor. One of the bedrooms, has two single beds(2*0.80*2.00) while the second has a double bed(1.60*2.00). All the rooms have a high quality of Coco-Mat mattresses, free WiFi, TV, air-conditioner and offer sea or garden view.Location
Falasarna is situated on the Western part of Crete (52km west of Chania and 14 west of Kissamos) famous for its stunning long sandy beach of Falassarna with the clear turquoise blue waters. In fact, Falassarna consists of the big long sandy beach and many other smaller beaches of various lengths. Whatever beach you may choose to swim, the sunset is amazing with lovely colors. Swimming into the sea, you feel as being in a paradise of exceptional natural beauty.During the tourist season in the area of Falassarna, there are many restaurants with delicious food, beach bars, and cafés by or close to the beaches as well as many supermarkets.
It is worthwhile to mention that in Falassarna there are the remains of an ancient Hellenistic harbor, which attracts thousands of guests each year.
