It is a hidden villa of 50sqm in a plot of 500sqm in the earth giving the feeling you are somewhere away from all. The interior area is designed with minimal elements and the airy spaces are making the perfect spot for a couple or family with a young kid or baby. An open-plan space consists of an all well-organized kitchen, a servery for both breakfast and dinner, a living room area and a WC that is suitable for all the guests. In the same place there is a double-sized bed(1.60*2.00) with a high-quality mattress. Imagine waking up and enjoying the endless blue of the sea directly from your bed, in particular we can say that this is the place where the sky touches the sea. Although the luxury doesn’t stop here!
Outdoor facilities
Step out on the veranda where the outdoor area is fully fenced with a private swimming pool(25sqm and 1.40m depth) and the infinity blue will definitely impress you. The swimming pool can be heated from October till May, free of charge upon request at least 3-4 days before the arrival. Around the pool, there are sunbeds and an umbrella for luxurious poolside relaxation and quality time. Pretty close to this area exists an outdoor dining table next to the charcoal barbecue with a sink and a cupboard.
*Heated Pool Policy
The swimming pool can be heated from March till the end of May and from 15th September till the end of November, upon request free of charge by a Pool Heat Pump at about 26 - 27°C depending on weather conditions. We request three days' advance notice for this facility.
From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 8€ per night/villa from April to October and 2€ per night/villa from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash upon arrival.

Falasarna is situated on the Western part of Crete (52km west of Chania and 14 west of Kissamos) famous for its stunning long sandy beach of Falassarna with the clear turquoise blue waters. In fact, Falassarna consists of the big long sandy beach and many other smaller beaches of various lengths. Whatever beach you may choose to swim, the sunset is amazing with lovely colors. Swimming into the sea, you feel as being in a paradise of exceptional natural beauty.During the tourist season in the area of Falassarna, there are many restaurants with delicious food, beach bars, and cafés by or close to the beaches as well as many supermarkets.
It is worthwhile to mention that in Falassarna there are the remains of an ancient Hellenistic harbor, which attracts thousands of guests each year.
