Description
Only 500m from the main complex towards Lardos village, in a unique location with stunning sea views, a new complex of stone built villas is being developed. These have a private swimming pool.
Villa Alkyoni is a 3 bedroom villa is situated in Navarone Bay near Lindos and about 1 km from Pefkos, 1500m from the historical village of Lindos and its blue waters and has three double bedrooms, three full bathrooms ensuite with shower room, one WC on the ground floor and an outdoor full bathroom with shower room. The living and sitting room has a fire place, it provides full kitchen facilities and can accommodate up to 6 adults and 2 children.
The villa has a private heated pool with whirlpool, sunbeds and umbrellas for 8 people around the pool on the fully tiled terrace area and dining under the wooden pergola for 10 persons
There is a separate outdoor kitchen with BBQ.
The villa and its surroundings are accessible by wheel chair as there are ramps and a double bedroom on the ground floor. The private gardens of 1500 s.m. are with grass, trees and bushes. The private gated parking area has space for up to 5 cars.
