    Suboptimal hygiene. Place was dusty and the toilet smelt. Additionally we didn't appreciate that you weren't flexible enough to delay the check-out 1 hour so we could leave our bags in the flat briefly

    Nice apartment in a convenient location Apartment was nicely renovated and in a convenient part of the city, only a short walk from the nearest train station. Communication with the host was easy and friendly, and they quickly answered any questions we had.

    Responsive Team I stayed here with my 2 teenage sons for a few days. This rental is located between Ginza and Shibuya and a few minutes walk to station. I connected with the property managers via WhatsApp, and they were always quick to communicate. I would definitely consider coming back here when next I'm in Tokyo.
