Casa Giorgia is a splendid panoramic villa, organized on 3 independent floors, located in the heart of Praiano, recently renovated and completely furnished, with taste. It is located in Praiano - east side - in a panoramic and central position, although very quiet.

The villa is organized on three independent floors:

GROUND FLOOR

• Small terrace with an outside table and deck chairs
• Living room with sofa bed (bed size 160x190)
• Fully equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, washing machine, dining table and toilet
• Double bedroom (bed size 160x190), sea view with private bathroom with shower

SECOND FLOOR (accessible from the first floor, using about 15 private external steps)

• Large terrace with deck chairs and an outdoor dining table
• Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and dining table for 10 people
• Large living room with sofa bed (bed size 160x190)
• 2 double bedrooms (bed size 160x190) with access to the main terrace
• 2 private bathrooms, one for each bedroom (one of the bathrooms has a bathtub)
• 1 Toilet
• 1 laundry room

THIRD FLOOR (accessible from the first floor, using approximately 15 private external steps)

• Large terrace with deck chairs, dining table and barbecue
• Living room with sofa, fireplace and dining table
• Kitchen, fully equipped with dishwasher and washing machine
• 1 double room with sea view (bed size 160x190),
• 1 sea view room with 2 single beds (bed size 190x90) and private bathroom
• 1 bathroom (outside the rooms) with large shower

Casa Giorgia is located just 40 steps from the main road, in a very convenient and central location. Parking is available for a fee, upon reservation, less than 100 meters from the Villa.

Within a few steps, there are:

• 3 restaurants (Moressa, Kasai, M'ama)
• Grocery store ("Tutto per Tutti")
• Local bus stop - about 50 mt
• SITA bus stop - about 200 mt
• Main beach of Praiano, La Praia (20 minutes on foot)
