Aquaemaris Apartment is a three-room apartment with a large panoramic terrace, right in the historic centre, facing the sea. A little gem for anyone who enjoys a special stay caressed by the sea breeze. Located in the heart of the historic centre with its attractions, shopping and the possibility of moving easily to the beaches, pine forests and islands of the Archipelago. Just 300 metres from the ferry terminal. Car and bike rentals on the doorstep, restaurants, shops, services, easy urban mobility with buses just a few steps away. Equipped terrace, sundeck of 24 sqm, unique in the area. Outdoor furniture for lunches, aperitifs and romantic dinners. Bedroom with French bed and a living room with open kitchen.
