Description
Composed of the MAIN HOUSE: Living room, Kitchen equipped with an open-plan layout on another level. Bedroom with 4 beds (bunk bed for adults and children), Double Bedroom with en-suite bathroom complete with sensor lights; Main Bathroom with Double showerheads. Entrance terrace at the back. 50 sqm front terrace, equipped with Barbecue, Sauna, and 7-seater whirlpool hot tub. Outdoor shower, Sun-deck with deckchairs. ADJACENT DEPENDENCE (only 15 meters from the terrace): 35 sqm with a Living Room with a double sofa bed, Double bedroom, Infrared sauna for 2, Fully equipped kitchen. Storage room with safe and washing machine. Full bathroom with sensor lights in the shower. RELAXATION AREA: (in front of the Dependance) Equipped area with umbrellas, sofa and armchairs, hammock, and sun lounger.
The two kitchens are equipped with accessories, dishes, utensils, and appliances: kettle, fridge, dishwasher, induction hobs and oven, wine cellar, toaster, blender, water purifier, milk frother, capsule coffee machine, American coffee machine, microwave.
The sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms with 2 double beds, 2 bunk beds, and 1 sofa bed, for a total of 10 people. The apartment is non-smoking and has WiFi, televisions (5 smart TVs), washing machines in each unit, air conditioning, safe, and private parking. Also provided are hairdryers, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, (towels and bed linen for the entire stay, at an extra charge). The house remains completely at your disposal, and every detail has been designed to welcome you in a clean and comfortable environment, whether you are traveling for work or just passing through the city. Take care of it, you are welcome. You can stay for a maximum of 29 consecutive nights.
By choosing Villa Magdala, you can reach the main beaches of the island in just 1400 meters, 4 minutes by car. Also new this year is the arrival of Ciuchino! A young and friendly Sardinian donkey located in the large fenced land, 120 meters from the dependence, in his privacy.
Free use of the Jacuzzi, mainly to be used in the evening (water at 38 degrees). Rejuvenating. ATTENTION: It is NOT a pool for children. It should be used under parental supervision. Definitely suitable for children 6 years and older.
In front of the Dependance, surrounded by Mediterranean scrub, there is a beautiful swimming pool with solarium and outdoor shower.
La Maddalena offers a lot in terms of excursions, the sea, and the historic center only 7 minutes from the house. If necessary, we will put you in touch with qualified people for renting a rubber boat (possibility of mooring at Cala Spalmatore at 1,300 meters) or for a special island trip.
