Description

Brand new apartment inserted in a new building designed decorated and located in front of Campanha Station surrounded with commerce, restaurants, supermarket, all kind of commerce.
Easy and smooth check in either with smart lockers or digital codes, from 3pm to 4am, without any costs if late arrivals.

Fast wifi for remote digital workers the speed is guaranteed as well for business travelers. TV cable also available.
Perfect for short stays or longer stays since it is completely furnished and with easy and good access to the city center, around 10min by public transports. If you are walker explorer, the center can be accessible walking distance around 20minutes
The air conditioner is a plus for hot days in the summer as well to heat during your stay in our fantastic apartment.

The apartment has two bedrooms with a double bed for two each which gives capacity to accommodate 4 guests. The apartment is only accessible by stairs.
It is completely equipped with all needed cooking commodities, hairdryer, iron, fridge, freezer, microwave, vacuum cleaner.
Both the linens and towels are hotel quality, professionaly laundry and it's included as well as shampoo and shower gel
Commodities such as toilet paper, salt, pepper, olive oil, vinegar, coffee, napkins are provided for the first days.

    Excellent location, with easy access to everything and lovely apartment, clean and well presented. The only things id note that could be better are the need to have the TV tuned to all channels and the lift to be fixed. This last thing is important for older guests and when to carry heavy luggage to the top floor. Otherwise, we are very happy and would come back again without any hesitation. Thank you!!!
