Villa con vista sul mare adriatico, ubicata a 2 km dalla Marina di Novaglie e dai suoi approdi di scoglio basso. Dispone di un totale di 4 camere e 3 bagni. Tutta attorno è circondata dal verde e ha ampi spazi ombreggiati da tettoie per cene e pranzi all`aperto.Details
Situata nella località La Guardiola, tra Marina di Novaglie e Marina Serra, adagiata fronte mare lungo la suggestiva litoranea che percorre per oltre 30 km il tratto di costa alta e frastagliata che da Otranto arriva fino a Santa Maria di Leuca.La Villa è circondata da spazi di verde attrezzato ed angoli relax arredati con mobilia da giardino. Sul lato destro dell`abitazione è presente una tettoia in legno arredata appositamente per poter trascorrere del tempo all`aperto, godendo della rilassante vista mare, sorseggiando magari un fresco drink.
Due scalinate, una sul lato destro e una sul lato sinistro, conducono sul retro della casa dove è presente un’altra tettoia in muratura che ombreggia un patio attrezzato con mobilia da estrno e barbecue in muratura.
Gli interni della villa si sviluppano su due piani autonomi ed indipendenti.
Al primo piano, una grande veranda domina il mare ed il panorama circostante. L`ingresso conduce alla sala living con soggiorno e cucina. La zona notte è dotata di una camera doppia con vista sul giardino ed una camera matrimoniale con vista sul mare, servite da un bagno/doccia in comune.
Il piano inferiore si suddivide invece in due aree. La prima composta da camera matrimoniale con accesso autonomo e bagno/doccia ensuite. La seconda con piccolo soggiorno e cucinino, camera da letto doppia e bagno/doccia.
Curiosità: si trova a pochi metri da uno dei baretti sulla scogliera del versante adriatico più frequentati della zona, anche per la favolosa vista che vi si apre dinanzi.
