Ad appena 300 metri dal mare in linea d’aria, villa Valeria si affaccia su un incantevole panorama che abbraccia una costa lunga oltre 20 Km ed è situata nella Marina di Torre Vado (comune di Morciano di Leuca), ad appena 1 km dalle meravigliose spiagge di Pescoluse e del famoso lido delle “Maldive del Salento”. Inoltre a circa 800 metri dalla villa vi è un porticciolo per noleggiare piccole/medie imbarcazioni o attraccarvi la propria.La Villa gode di una visuale unica sul mar Ionio e di un giardino estremamente curato. Tutti i vialetti sono stati lastricati con chianche in pietra leccese che rendono agevole anche il passaggio delle auto. La piscina semicircolare è celata dalla vegetazione e dal dislivello del terreno. Rispecchia le tipiche linee architettoniche salentine, testimoniate dalla copertura in pietra viva e dalla recinzione con muretti a secco (e rete in ferro per consentire di portare anche gli animali).
La proprietà si sviluppa su più livelli che seguono il profilo collinare, mentre le unità abitative si sviluppano lungo i vari piani terrazzati che si incontrano. E’ composta da un corpo principale, ossia un antico trullo ristrutturato (più propriamente “lamia”) che ha come caratteristiche proprie una volta a botte e muraglia di oltre un metro. Il piano superiore comprende una sala pranzo con annessa cucina (non abitabile), una camera doppia (all`occorrenza matrimoniale) con un ulteriore letto, completa di bagno/doccia ed una matrimoniale anch`essa con letto aggiunto (tripla) servita sempre da bagno/doccia. Antistante al nucleo principale, una copertura in legno e tela vi consentirà di pranzare/cenare o semplicemente rilassarvi all`aperto. Il piano inferiore, invece, è composto dalla terza camera tripla con bagno/doccia.
Più in alto, rispetto al corpo centrale, si trova una dependance, climatizzata, dotata di pale a soffitto composta da una camera matrimoniale con bagno/doccia.
Di particolare interesse sono i muri interni con oltre un metro di spessore, che garantiscono frescura durante il giorno.
