Imponente villa situata a Santa Maria di Leuca, immersa in un`ampia e suggestiva zona di macchia mediterranea, composta da 5 camere da letto matrimoniali e 6 bagni, ideale per comitive numerose o famiglie che amano gli spazi e la tranquillità.Details
Una villa in tipico stile mediterraneo immersa in un’ampia e suggestiva zona verde ricca di pini, ulivi, arbusti e macchia mediterranea.Si accede alla proprietà tramite un sentiero privato che collega due abitazioni, la villa in fondo a questo sentiero, l’altra subito all’ingresso. Le due abitazioni sono totalmente indipendenti.
Esternamente la villa è ricca di terrazze e balconi per godere della piacevole vista panoramica, ora sul mare, ora sul vicino “Canalone” (antico letto di fiume di circa 2000 anni fa ora ricoperto interamente da macchia mediterranea).
L’abitazione si sviluppa su tre livelli. Al piano inferiore ed esternamente si trovano una dependance con camera da letto semicircolare e bagno privato; al superiore un’altra camera da letto con bagno privato e terrazza di pertinenza; nel piano centrale invece, il cuore della struttura suddiviso in due parti:
- Zona giorno: cucina abitabile, sala da pranzo, salone e bagno. Ogni vano della zona giorno ha affaccio sulle terrazze o balconi;
- Zona notte: separata da una porta a vetri, si trovano nell’ordine, due camere da letto (quella a sinistra con bagno privato), un bagno (sulla destra) e un ulteriore camera da letto con bagno privato in fondo.
Gli arredi sono molto curati, semplici e leggeri. Vi è un angolo tv nel salone e climatizzazione solo nell’attico. Mentre sala da pranzo e cucina sono dotate di pale a soffitto.
