La villa si trova sul promontorio che domina le famose grotte Zinzulusa e Romanelli sulla litoranea Castro-Santa Cesarea Terme e a pochi km dalle marine di Santa Cesarea Terme, Porto Badisco e dalle spiagge di Otranto.L`esterno è ben curato, prova ne sono il giardino ed i tipici muretti a secco che custodiscono la splendida piscina vista mare impreziosendo al tempo stesso l`ambiente circostante. Lo stesso giardino ospita diverse zone relax con patio: una antistante la zona giorno, con un ampio tavolo, un’altra con barbecue ed ulteriore tavolo. Infine l`ultima, situata al primo piano ed ingentilita da un delicato salottino in banano. Particolare la doccia esterna posta alle spalle di un fresco roseto.
La villa gode di una posizione privilegiata essendo in linea d`aria a circa 1 km dal mare e a circa 3 km da Castro Marina. Qui, è facile trovare ogni genere di servizio: empori, ristoranti, noleggio barche.
La villa si sviluppa su due livelli: la zona giorno si trova al pianterreno e si affaccia sul porticato coperto. E` composta da una vivace cucina e dal candido soggiorno in comune alla sala da pranzo. Da notare i chiari toni mediterranei degli interni che si accompagnano ad elementi d`arredo classici.
Il piano superiore si compone di quattro camere da letto, di cui due matrimoniali con bagno in camera, una doppia e una con letto alla francese con bagno esterno. Due camere in particolare, sono predisposte per l`allaccio al decoder satellitare (SKY). Ricercatezza e stile, sono elementi che contraddistinguono gli ambienti sopracitati.
