Trulli con piscina in zona panoramica della Valle D`Itria, a pochi passi dal surreale borgo medievale di Ceglie Messapica ed a pochi minuti d`auto dalle bellissime spiagge di Ostuni. I trulli, oggetto di accurata ristrutturazione e dotati di ogni comfort, possono ospitare fino a 8/10 persone.Details
Nella Valle d’Itria, detta anche Valle dei Trulli, in zona panoramica ed a pochi passi dal borgo medievale di Ceglie Messapica, sorge questa meravigliosa villa, una dimora dalle radici che affondano nella storia di queste caratteristiche ed antiche dimore in pietra. La villa è ubicata in una campagna recintata di 10.000 metri quadri e si trova, come detto, a pochi passi da Ceglie Messapica (da visitare!) e a 10 km. da Ostuni (la Città Bianca) con le sue bellissime spiagge (premiate con Bandiera Blu ed il massimo dei voti da Legambiente). Nella zona sono presenti numerosi ristoranti tipici, raggiungibili a piedi e le Grotte di Montevicoli (da visitare!).La villa dispone di una bellissima piscina, luogo di refrigerio e relax, con solarium circostante attrezzato con mobili da giardino per potersi rilassare e godere della bellissima vista che l’intera valle offre, soprattutto con l’illuminazione notturna. Il verde circostante offre ampi spazi ombreggiati ed una terrazza attrezzata con forno a legna e barbecue permette abbondanti grigliate e pranzi all’aperto.
La freschezza e l’isolamento termico dei trulli garantisce un fresco riposo. Gli interni sono impreziositi da caratteristici e tipici elementi d’arredo e sono dotati di tutti i comfort necessari per trascorrere una vacanza all’insegna del relax. Dall’ampio porticato in legno con salottino si accede alla sala da pranzo principale, dotata di angolo cottura e da quì ad un ampio e ventilato salone con divano letto. Sono presenti due camere da letto matrimoniali, due camerette nei trulli dotate di letto singolo, una camera con due letti singoli (80x190) più due letti estraibili (80x170:adatte a ragazzi/bambini), un bagno con doccia ed uno con vasca.
Ideale per una famiglia o due famiglie che vogliono trascorrere le proprie vacanze nell’antica Murgia dei Trulli, senza rinunciare ai comfort di un`abitazione moderna.
