Nella splendida località di Santa Maria di Leuca, a circa 500 metri dal mare e dal centro, questo grazioso e rifinito appartamento si trova al primo piano di una palazzina di nuova costruzione.Al trilocale si accede da un`ampia terrazza con una delicata copertura, che permette di mangiare comodamente all`aperto, godendo di una bella vista panoramica.
Il soggiorno, molto luminoso e dotato di condizionatore, ha un divano letto alla francese (da una piazza e mezza), cucina a vista e affaccio sul balconcino posteriore con zona lavanderia.
Sulla sinistra si accede al corridoio della zona notte, fornito di condizionatore, con due camere da letto e bagno con box doccia.
