Abitazione dal design contemporaneo, con piscina e vista mare, concepita per offrire il massimo relax ai propri ospiti. Ubicata in una zona strategica, vicino alle più belle spiagge sabbiose dell’alto Salento, la Villa è dotata di 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni per una capacità ricettiva massima di 6/7 posti letto.

Lo stile minimal degli ambienti esterni pone in massimo risalto l’uliveto circostante: una rilassante veduta sulla campagna e sul mare. La sua posizione sopraelevata garantisce frescura.
La dimora è stata realizzata con l’obiettivo di regalare emozioni indimenticabili attraverso impressioni visive mozzafiato. La Villa è infatti dotata di finestrati che offrono una magnifica vista panoramica sul litorale adriatico.

L’ingresso principale, dalla parte retrostante conduce ad una confortevole sala living/open space, quasi interamente finestrata, con angolo cottura all’americana. Un disimpegno conduce alle camere: due camere matrimoniali che condividono un bagno/doccia ed una camera matrimoniale con vista panoramica e parete finestrata con bagno/doccia di pertinenza esclusiva.

La distanza dal centro abitato più vicino (Carovigno) è di soli 4 minuti d’auto. L’oasi naturalistica di Torre Guaceto, con le sue spiagge e l’area servizi per  turisti (escursioni campestri, in bicicletta o in trenino, scuola di vela, immersioni, ecc.) dista  circa 4 km, così come le spiagge attrezzate di Lido Specchiolla, località balneare di riferimento del litorale brindisino. In pochi minuti d’auto è possibile raggiungere l’aeroporto di Brindisi (20 km) ed i borghi medievali di Ostuni e Cisternino.
