Tipica abitazione incastonata nella campagna salentina a 15 km dalle spiagge di Gallipoli, nasce da un sapiente recupero dei materiali originali e delle tecniche costruttive tradizionali rivisitate in chiave contemporanea.L`abitazione è stata mantenuta integralmente nella sua struttura e distribuzione, con l’inserimento di elementi contemporanei. I proprietari hanno scelto di unificare i vari spazi della casa attraverso una tradizionale pavimentazione color ocra, mentre l’intonaco bianco a calce degli interni lascia emergere tratti della pietra originale dei muri portanti.
L`arredamento, semplice ma ricercato, gioca sulla combinazione di pezzi di recupero e altri di design contemporaneo, con colori che richiamano quelli del paesaggio circostante.
Ulivi secolari definiscono e modellano gli spazi di questa prestigiosa abitazione a pianta rettangolare, che si estende su un’area di oltre 10000 mq. Il ricco giardino mediterraneo custodisce al suo interno una grande piscina vicino alla quale trova posto un patio, ingentilito dalla presenza di comode poltroncine, sdraio e tavolini.
