Set above Xi Beach and among dense pine and olive trees, this glorious traditional villa will host your dream summer days in Kefalonia. Be prepared to enjoy long summer days by the pool or down at the amazing Xi Beach, and cool summer evenings, sea breeze, and pine fragrances all around you.The villa is built on two levels, featuring two independent guest apartments on the ground floor, while the main villa + loft room is located above.
The main house is independently on the top floor and built on 3 levels. The main level/ entrance level offers an open plan kitchen/ dining and sitting area and a really spacious veranda overlooking the verdant garden and the pool. Wooden stairs lead up to an open attic area / interior balcony above the living room, with a double bed, a separate area with 1 single bed, and 1 full bathroom. Also from the main ground level, a couple of steps lead down to 2 double ensuite bedrooms, one with double and the other with twin beds. All rooms in the villa have access to verandas and all are air-conditioned.
Entering the private gated property, the ground floor features the 2 guest apartments:
* a spacious apartment with 1 double bedroom, 2 twin beds, fitted kitchen, bathroom, and dining/ living area with access to the lush garden and the pool.
* a double bed studio apartment with bathroom and fitted kitchen, also with access to the garden and the pool area.
It is a great layout if you have guests, or if you are a big family or group of friends, you will be staying all together securing your privacy.
