Rock Pipit is furnished to the highest standard throughout and has a homely yet modern style.The open plan kitchen, dining and living area is spacious and bright. Light floods in from the large window and the neutral colour scheme makes it a relaxing space. Boasting modern cabinets and navy tiles, the kitchen is both functional and stylish. Fully equipped for all self-catering stays, it features a fridge, oven, hob, toaster, kettle and microwave. If you enjoy a fresh coffee, there is even a coffee machine so you can perfect your coffee making skills!
The living area has two comfy, leather sofas which frame the modern fireplace and a flat screen TV. After a long day of exploring the seaside, there is nothing better than enjoying a cosy night in. Photos and decorative accessories showcase Whitby and the coast paying homage to its longstanding fishing heritage.
The cosy dining area has a wooden table and quirky print chairs. Ideal for breakfasts and evening meals, you can enjoy quality time with your loved one here.

With light wood furniture and neutral coloured walls, it has a laidback and calming feel. The comfy King size bed boasts premium bedding and linen so you can really enjoy your sleep during your stay. Open the double doors and you’ll be welcomed into the private patio area. This cosy space is a luxury in Whitby. Enjoy light nights with an evening tipple or a cup of coffee on early mornings.

Location
Wellington Terrace is set one street back from all the bars and restaurants making it quieter but yet perfectly placed to experience the local area! Head to Pier Road and you’ll find cosy pubs, fun arcades and plenty of fish restaurants. Continue along the lively road until you reach the beautiful, blue flag West Cliff Beach which is lined with idyllic beach huts. At the other end of Pier Road, you’ll notice the swing bridge which sits over the River Esk. Over the bridge, you’ll find yourself on the East bank which is full of narrow medieval streets dotted with boutiques, pubs and fish restaurants. Climb the famous 199 steps up to the Church of Saint Mary. You can also discover the renowned ruined Whitby Abbey, which was the inspiration for Bram Stoker’s gothic novel ‘Dracula’.
