This fully modernised end of terrace stone cottage is situated in a small hamlet on Emley Moor. Set over two floors, this modern property provides a family of four with high-quality accommodation in the West Yorkshire countryside. On the ground floor is a very well-equipped open plan kitchen, diner and sitting area where you can cook your meals before relaxing in front of the TV. On the first floor, you'll find the two bedrooms (one double and one twin) as well as the family bathroom. Outside the front of the property, you'll find an unenclosed landscaped garden and patio area with furniture to the front. To the rear are open fields, including a paddock area for horses. Ideally located for the local attractions in the Emley area, Cosy Cottage is an ideal holiday home for any small family or couple who wish to enjoy the outdoor lifestyle that the area provides, but who also wish to benefit from the comforts of home in a modern setting.
