This is a truly stunning home, located in Holland Park.This house features 5 spacious, sophisticated and comfortable bedrooms, and a vast open-plan kitchen and separate sitting room with high ceilings and wide windows that flood the space with natural light. There is a lovely garden and additional balcony for a glass of wine in the evening!
Perfectly positioned in Holland Park, between Westfields and Notting Hill, you are in a prime location. The nearest tube station is just 5 minutes away.

Open planned kitchen and dining space, fully equipped with everything needed to enjoy your home away from home. The kitchen is state of the art, with everything you need to prepare a feast, and with a dining table that will comfortably seat everyone.

First Floor:
Master bedroom with Super Super King sized bed and spacious en-suite bathroom and walk-in dressing room with ample storage space for longer stays.
Second Floor:
Three remaining bedrooms, which comprise of 1 x Super Super king sized bed with en-suite bathroom, 1 x King bed, 1 x Super king bed. Family shared bathroom.
Third Floor:
Large office, complete with access to the private roof terrace.
I am available by phone, email, message, and in person if needed.
Please note that we provide small bottles of shampoo, shower gel, soap, moisturiser and loo roll for the beginning of all our guest stays and once the products are finished, we kindly ask our guests to provide their own thereafter.
Please note the property will be prepared by our professional cleaners, using hotel-quality linen and towels.
If the booking is 14 days or more, we require a mid-stay clean at an additional cost (the price is dependent on property size). Payment will be taken at the time of the booking and the mid-stay clean includes both a clean and linen change.
We can also arrange any additional cleans regardless of the length of the booking upon request.
Please note that check-in is between 3pm and 8pm. Early and late check-ins as well as late check-outs are available on request for an additional fee.
Where a check in is on a UK bank holiday, there may be an additional surcharge on the cleaning fee as well as an additional cost for a personal check-in. Please enquire for additional information on this when booking.
The lead guest booking the property must be 25+ years old.

This apartment is perfectly located on the border of Holland Park and Shepherd's Bush. These two areas are popular and well-connected. Cute brunch spots, pubs and restaurants are only a short walk away. There is a fantastic Farmers Market in the Addison School playground on Saturdays. Cinemas and theatres are close by and other local amenities including the Westfield Shopping Centre, where you will never tire of things to do.
