Villa AKHDAR 18 is a magnificent residence with beautiful outside spaces and several reception rooms, so it can comfortably accommodate your whole family. Its authentic yet simple style will satisfy the most discerning tastes. In Morocco, 3-bedroom villas are rare.
The property is not overlooked, so you can make the most of the sunshine and enjoy the beautiful pool, two pretty terraces with comfortable sun loungers, and shady gardens in complete peace. Each of its three comfortable bedrooms has a private bathroom.

You will spend memorable moments surrounded by loved ones by the fireside or on the terrace. There is also a daily maid service in your magnificent villa, so you can completely free yourself from everyday chores.

Alcohol : since we do not have any licence. We cannot buy or transport it for you. But you are welcome to bring your wine, and we will serve it with pleasure without any cork-fee.
External Guest : we require the guest list before your arrival. It might populate Extra Guest fees. Our policy is clear about any form of prostitution, in case of early check-out or cancelation regarding this particular matter : no refund will be made.This accommodation does not accept groups of young people (up to 25 years).
