Spectacular luxury villa freshly renovated with large heated swimming pool, tennis court, artificial beach area with beach house, lots of palm trees, a fireplace and arti fountain. The perfect place in Ibiza to collect a lot of great memories. Amazing views over the sea and Formentera from the rooftop rooms. Conveniently located on the road between Ibiza (4km) and the lovely town of San Jose, the villa is within easy reach of multiple renowned beaches as well as Ibiza’s famous nightlife, while offering extraordinary serenity and privacy on its lush private estate.
