The bedding is also top-quality, as well as the mattresses and high-end household linens, able to accommodate up to 16 people comfortably with centralized air conditioning in each room and space.
On the ground floor, you will find the living areas: an American kitchen equipped for a large family (1 fridge + 1 American fridge) with a central island and dining room, 1 living room with panoramic view, as well as a 2nd living room equipped with a library and smart TV / giant screen). The villa receives high-speed internet (Starlink). A very beautiful 50m2 panoramic terrace that accompanies the (10m/5m) infinity pool will offer you a breathtaking view of the Cupello valley on the garden side and the Sea view on the facade side. The parking is secured by an automatic gate that can accommodate 10 cars and 3 in the garage.
The villa does not accept pets or external visitors without prior approval from your concierge.This accommodation does not accept groups of young people (up to 25 years).
