About the Residence:
Liakas Village Apartments is a group of eight houses each of which is split into two separate one-bedroom apartments. They command stunning views of Mount Ainos and across the surrounding countryside to the sea with the island of Zakynthos in sight. It is located on the hillside above Cape Liakas close to the village of Spartia. The little village of Spartia is a five minute drive or twenty minute walk away where there are 3 mini markets, tavernas and a beautiful sandy beach a short distance from the village. Klismata beach is only 3 km from Liakas Village The south coast resorts of Lourdas and Trapezaki are nearby and worth visiting, while Argostoli is only 11km away.
Each one-bedroom apartment measures approximately 60m2 and occupies an entire floor of each house and sleeps up to four persons. They are spacious and well-furnished, some have double beds, some single beds and there is also a double sofa bed in the living room that can provide bedding for 3rd and 4th person. The kitchen is fully equipped with two plate cooker with oven, plenty of build in cupboards, free standing fridge freezer and double sink unit complete with utensils. The seperate bathroom comprises of toilette, shower room and wash hand basin. The apartments on the top floor have balconies and the ground floor apartments have access to the garden/ pool, all complete with patio furniture and mountain, sea & pool views.
Liakas Apartments features a large swimming pool of 7 x 14 metres plus a 65cm deep childrens pool. A large terrace with sun beds surrounds the pool. Have breakfast or a snack at the shaded cool pool bar of the resort. Organise and have fun with a game at the resorts tennis court- equippment provided. Invite your friends and organise a BBQ (you can use the BBQ- no coal or staff provided). Romantic getaways or family gatherings, the Liakas apartment resort is the best accommodation choise.
