    This was a beautiful, spacious apartment in an absolutely stunning location. Beautiful shops, cafes, restaurants and shopping right at your doorstep, lots of diversity and variety, and very easy walking distance to 2 tube stations, and to many interesting sights and locations. Regent's Park, Hyde's Park, Oxford Circus, Piccadilly Circus, all within walking distance but we love to walk, so for us, this was ideal. It's in a clean, safe, utterly charming part of the city, the kitchen is well-equipped, the master bedroom is spacious, the sitting area is really comfortable and large. The wifi was a little slow and there is a little bit of street noise, but otherwise we thought it was fantastic! We had great communication from our host and timely help with check-in. Even better than presented in pictures. Convenience and grocery stores are also very close by. We loved Angie and the whole experience! It is pricey but for the location and the quality of the place, the rates are reasonable. Read more

    The flat is as described, very clean, modern, up to date and is in a building with a security gate and reception desk. It is 1 bedroom only with a queen size pullout in the living area. The flat was compact in size, perfect for 2 people, tight with three which is what we had and doable for 4 but everybody would be on top of each other plus I think linens are supplied only for 3. We booked a different unit that turned out to be less than acceptable and after some discussion with Linda at Travelstaytion we got out of that situation and she hooked us up with Angie who I dealt with mostly. Both were very helpful and accommodating. The flat is located in Chelsea area which is zone 2. It is not quite as centrally located as we were looking for but there was a bus stop just outside the complex and a tube station about 10 minutes walk. Getting around London is fairly easy with the bus and tube so transportation is not a problem with this flat. My only "complaint" is there weren't a whole lot of restaurants within immediate easy walking distance however there were many within 10 minutes bus ride. Also there was good size grocery right at the tube station. The flip side is that the area was very quiet and sleeping was not a problem. We had a problem with the central air-conditioning due to a power failure and Angie super hustled to remedy the situation as best as she could. Angie was always available by email or WhatsApp. The wifi was reliable and fast. Read more
