The outside space is marvellous and perfect for eating in the evenings. The location is brilliant with good parking space and just a short walk to some fantastic restaurants. Wir waren zwei Familien mit insgesamt drei Kindern und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Gastfreundschaft und Herzlichkeit der Familie, die der Villa gehört, war außergewöhnlich – wir fühlten uns von Anfang an willkommen und wurden herzlich empfangen. Die Villa entspricht genau den Bildern, die wir vorab gesehen haben. Die Einrichtung ist rustikal aber sehr gemütlich, sodass wir uns sofort wie in einem Sommerhaus fühlten. Die ruhige Lage der Unterkunft war ein großer Pluspunkt für uns, da wir hier wunderbar entspannen konnten. Der Pool, der sauber und gepflegt ist, war ein Highlight für die Kinder und ein toller Ort, um die heißen Tage zu genießen. Ein weiterer Vorteil ist die vorhandene Parkmöglichkeit direkt bei der Unterkunft, was die An- und Abreise zu den zahlreichen Strände auf Skopelos sehr angenehm gemacht hat. The location is very central to visit the island (Glossa, Agios Loanis...). For sure you need a car and a kind of "greek roads driving experience" but nothing complicated. The house is more confortable than the photos shows and is really charming, The pool area is a good way to begin your journey especially with kids who don't wants to wake up. My only regrets was no barbecue is available. This caused considerable inconvenience and disrupted our plans. The owner of the property was late in cleaning the premises due to a power cut the previous night, resulting in a delayed check-in and an overall unsatisfactory start to our stay. It became apparent that the property experiences regular power cuts, a fact that was not disclosed in the advertisement for the villa. This ongoing issue contributed to an uncomfortable and unpredictable environment throughout our stay. The shower facilities at the property were not functioning properly, with very low water pressure making it difficult to use them comfortably. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind innerhalb weniger Kilometer mit dem Auto. Die Unterkunft ist wie auf den Bildern, alles ist vorhanden inkl. Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen usw. Der eigene Pool ist herrlich, die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und war sauber. Der Strand ist in 3 Gehminuten entfernt und sehr ruhig. Die Mojito-Bar ist wenige Gehminuten entfernt, eine mega coola Strandbar mit sehr gutem Essen und preislich sehr OK. Der Kontakt vor Ort war Liza. Sie war sehr nett und immer erreichbar. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Read more
