Open kitchen (oven, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, freezer, electric coffee machine). Bath/WC. Heating, air-conditioning. Terrace. Terrace furniture. View of the swimming pool and the garden. Facilities: washing machine. VUT/MA/7702 Carihuela: Beautiful, comfortable apartment block Euromar, 2 storeys. In the district of La Carihuela, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 100 m from the sea, from the beach. For shared use: garden with lawn, 2 swimming pools round (seasonal availability: 01.Mar. - 15.Sep.). Outdoor shower. Shop 50 m, supermarket 100 m, restaurant 50 m, bar, bus stop, sandy beach 100 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. Youth groups not permitted.
