Description

Plum tones and plush comfort are the order of the day at this stylish two-bedroom garden apartment. Uniting the best of both worlds, you can relish the peace and quiet of leafy St Charles Square from the comfort of your own patio, whilst enjoying great transport links to all the city sights. It would also be remiss not to mention the enduring allure of Notting Hill, where you can comfortably while away a morning exploring the world-famous Portobello Road Market plus the neighbourhood’s eclectic foodie and boutique shopping scene...

Situated on the raised ground floor, lively accents of crimson pink and deep purple create a warm, welcoming living space, featuring velvety textures and vivid modern artwork. Pale wood flooring and a large bay window flood the room with natural light whilst a flamboyant window seat in fuchsia provides a scenic spot to read and relax. Head down a couple of steps and you'll find yourself in a bright and airy dining area. It’s a seamless blend of classic and chic with its polished wood table, modern seating for up to eight guests and quaint cottage-style window overlooking the patio garden. With plenty of dazzling modern artwork here too, it serves as a veritable feast for the eyes (and hopefully the stomach). Eye-catchingly fabulous with bright red units against gleaming black tiles, the contemporary kitchen is equipped with all key amenities.

An air of serene relaxation awaits you on the lower ground floor, home to both bedrooms. Replete with a plush king-sized bed, the principal bedroom boasts a free-standing luxury bath which sits in the grand bay window behind netted curtains. Does it get much more luxurious? Well, yes - throw in a wall-mounted flat-screen TV and you've got those lazy Sunday mornings covered. Combining a soft palette with French doors opening onto a private patio garden, the second bedroom presents a single trundle bed with a second pull-out bed underneath. Harmoniously lit and enlivened with colour by bright, patterned tiles, the fully equipped bathroom includes a bath, separate walk-in shower and twin wash basins.

We Love
The peaceful patio garden nestled at the back of the apartment. Surrounded by foliage, this delightful space is a wonderfully tranquil spot to enjoy those warm summer evenings.
Home truths:

No smoking pets, or parties! Please note, although this home is in a wonderfully family-friendly location, it's also opposite a school. Whilst weekends are fine, this tends to make the area a bit busier on weekdays. The home is split over a raised ground and lower ground floor, so there are a few steps between living areas. Portable fans are available to keep you cool during the summer months. Although we always endeavour for accuracy, there may be rare occasions where the listing photography and description do not provide an exact representation of the home’s amenities.
