Description
This apartment has been well-designed in every detail, welcoming guests in a sophisticated and wide entrance leading to the heart of the house: the large and finely furnished living area, equipped with sofa, TV corner and dining table.
The kitchen is modern and well-equipped, and also rich in details.
On the same floor is the sleeping area, consisting of two independent environments, where you will find two double bedrooms with their own bathroom. One of the bedrooms also comes with another connected room, furnished with a double sofa bed, a desk and two roomy closets.
Before reaching the living area, a beautiful staircase leads to the terrace, perfectly equipped for your relaxation, which will allow you to enjoy your evenings on the roofs of the city center.
The apartment comes with air-conditioning in all rooms and a laundry area.

The apartment is located on the third floor of an historic building, completely renovated, located in the heart of Palermo, a stone's throw from the city's main historical and cultural points of interest.
A few meters away is the UNESCO-listed Arab-Norman route.
The house is located in the old quarter of the Kalsa, a few steps from the Foro Italico, the Cala tourist port, and it is close to historic monuments and art sites such as Palazzo Steri, the Abatellis Museum and many others. Just outside the door you find yourself among the streets, alleys and squares of the most ancient district of Palermo, the real "belly" of the city, where the noble soul of historical buildings and monumental churches, the markets folklore with the aromas and flavors of the street food and the cultural soul of museums and theaters meet and clash in harmony and contradiction. Nearby you will also find many restaurants and typical trattorias.
The central station, where the airport shuttles and buses stops are to be found, is located a few meters from the apartment.
