Description
Accessible via an independent entrance on the ground floor, Terrazza Mirabella spans three levels: on the ground floor is the living area, featuring a kitchenette equipped with an induction cooktop, a dining table for four, a TV, and a double sofa bed. The ground floor is completed by a bathroom with a large window and a spacious shower. On the upper floor, accessed via an iron staircase, you will find the sleeping area, consisting of a bedroom furnished with a comfortable double bed, a large wardrobe, a TV, red wooden dressers and nightstands, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The bedroom also has air conditioning, a balcony overlooking the street, and a small window with a glimpse of the sea.
On the second and top floor, accessible via another staircase, is the true highlight of the house: the splendid terrace, ideal for outdoor dining or simply a moment of relaxation, all enhanced by a charming view of the sea of Ortigia.

For lovers of relaxation and the sea, eastern Sicily and the area surrounding Syracuse offer everything one could wish for. Starting from the ancient Greek city and heading south, the best-equipped and most beautiful beaches to explore are Minareto, Fanusa, Arenella, and Fontane Bianche, whose name derives from the natural freshwater springs and the particular white color of the sand. On the island of Ortigia, you will also find equipped solariums (Zefiro and Nettuno) and a small free beach called Cala Rossa. Further south, some 30 km away, we find some beautiful unspoiled and inaccessible beaches, including Calamosche, Vendicari with its Natural Fauna Oasis, and the beautiful San Lorenzo. For culture enthusiasts, the Greek theatre of Syracuse and the entire archaeological park with the Ear of Dionysius, a cave carved into the limestone in the shape of a human ear, the Paolo Orsi museum, and the Latomie dei Cappuccini, as well as Ortigia itself with its historical and cultural beauty as well as its landscape, are worth a visit. Not to be overlooked is Noto, the seafront with the tuna fishery of Avola, and finally the seaside village of Marzamemi. In short, Sicily is a land to explore and its natural and cultural beauties are treasures to fill your eyes with.
The airport of Catania Fontanarossa is about 60 kms far away, while Comiso "Pio La Torre” airport is 100 kms far. The train station of Siracusa is 1 km away from Ortigia, as well as the interbus station connected with the airports.
