Description

Bright and spacious apartment located inside a new structure in Olbia, in the “Ospedale Nuovo” area, less
than 2 kilometers from the city centre.
Carefully decorated in minimal style, it holds everything you need to fell at home, enjoying the comfort; it is
composed by a living room with table and chairs, television and sofa-bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a double
bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds and two bathrooms, one with bathtube and the other one with
shower. You can use the large terrace complemented by table with chairs for several purposes: you can
work or enjoy sunny days directly from home. The main areas (living room and the double bedroom) are
equipped with air conditioners, hot and cold air generators, adaptable depending on the season.
The apartment is suitable to host from 1 to 6 people.
Thanks to the privileged position, close to the city centre, but far from the urban noise, the apartment is
perfect for a quiet stay. You can easily reach beaches, natural sites or place of business interest. The
connection with the main roads ensures to achieve in a short time touristic destinations like: Porto
Rotondo, Porto Cervo, San Teodoro.. City Tax: € 2,50 per person per night to pay at check-in starting from 1 nights for a maximum of 7 nights

    The check in process was terrible. We arrived at 5 PM and the office was supposed to be open until 7 PM. No one was around to check us in. After emailing the property management, I received very poor instructions on how to check in and found the keys. Upon entering the apartment, we found out the elevator was out of service. This was very inconvenient to haul up luggage 4 flights of stairs. Upon entering the apartment we found that the Wi-Fi password did not work. I emailed the property management five times with no response to fix the Wi-Fi. 24 hours later, we were able to find a property manager to reset the router to fix the Wi-Fi. After looking around the apartment, we found multiple dings and scars on the walls, two blood spots on the floor in one bathroom, one bathroom sink was taken apart and parts left on the floor, broken light switch covers, exposed wiring in the laundry room, and one bathroom door couldn’t open all the way because it would hit the wall cabinet in the bathroom. Apartment was advertised to have a personal parking spot, but only street parking was available while we were there. However, street parking was full the entire time. The photo listing with the apartment amenities did not match what we received. The apartment sleeps 4, but only had lounge seating for three people.
