On the lower ground floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed. Living room. Bath/WC. Terrace 6 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (4), covered balcony. View of the sea and the resort. Facilities: washing machine, iron. Suitable for families. HUTT010107 Comfortable house Juan, 2 storeys. In the resort 3 km from the centre of Segur de Calafell, on a slope, residential area (villas), 5 km from the sea, 5 km from the beach. Private: garden with lawn, orchard, swimming pool kidney shaped (8 x 4 m, depth 110 - 190 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Sep.). Outdoor shower, parking at the house. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. Access to swimming pool via steps.
