Beautiful panoramic view of the valley and the countryside. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking (fenced 4 cars) at the house. 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Rustic, comfortable villa Olivo secolare, surrounded by trees, meadows and fields. In the district of Castel Rinaldi 3 km from the centre of Massa Martana, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position on a slope. Private: park 2 ha (fenced), garden with wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool (7 x 14 m, depth 100 - 250 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Sep.) with salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system.
